Great place to learn and stay fit! Many classes and teachers, small business, not corporate, so it feels very cozy which I like a lot! Everyone is friendly, and you get all the attention if needed. Highly recommending the place!

Super nice gym. The trainers have a lot of experience and give you a lot of personal attention. There is also a very nice atmosphere.

4th gym is the kind of the place you wish every neighborhood had. It not only provides high-quality training for all levels in a judge-free environment, it also contributes to create a community. Since the first moment, Tony and his team makes you feel welcome to this fantastic sport. After the lessons, you also have the opportunity to chat with your peera (try to speak Dutch, if it's not your fist language like me) and order the best coffee in town (go for the cappuccino!). If you're hesitant, this is your sign to enroll!

Last Friday we did a kickboxing workshop with my management team from ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance at 4th Gym. It was fantastic! Very well supervised, fun and challenging! Definitely recommended as a teambuilding activity!

At 4th Gym we come together for sportsmanship, intensity and fun. This means that both my children and I can often be found at the gym. Train hard under the guidance of good and experienced trainers, with a group or during a personal training and then relax and catch up with a cup of coffee or tea. Both beginners and more experienced kickboxers will get their money's worth at 4th Gym and will quickly feel at home. O.S.U

At 4th Gym, we come together for the sportsmanship, intensity, and camaraderie. Both my children and I are often found at the gym because of this. We train hard under the guidance of skilled and experienced trainers, with a group or during personal training, and then relax and catch up over a cup of coffee or tea. A fantastic gym. The trainers are very experienced and give you plenty of personal attention. There's also a great atmosphere.
